Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 3, 7 (to the extent that
Section 7 enacts Sections 408AB and 408AC of the Municipal Government Act), 11, 14 and 18 (to the extent that
Section 18 enacts clauses 383(1)(ca) and (cb) of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter) of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2017,
