Order in Council 1931/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act , as amended, Bruce Herridge be appointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective from the 2nd day of October 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding two years;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1872/2009, dated the 25th day of November 2009, be revoked effective October 2, 2017.
