Order in Council 901/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the township of East Mills, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2985-61, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 11 th day of August, 2016 be designated as secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended; and

the designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C 1061/87 effective April 30, 1987, shown as Parts 1,2,3 and 4 on Ministry Plan P-2985-54 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT156294, be revoked; and

the designation as secondary highway by Order in Council O.C 1517/73 effective June 28, 1973, shown as Parts 1,2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2985-19 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT87077, be revoked.
