CLEAN ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS

AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 390.9 of the Municipal

Government Act.

1 The Clean Energy Improvements Regulation

(AR 212/2018) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 1 is amended

(

a) by repealing clause (b);

(

b) in clause (

d) by striking out "Energy Efficiency Alberta

Act" and substituting "Emissions Management and

Climate Resilience Act".

Section 2 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1);

(

b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the

following:

(2) The Minister may, by order, designate an entity or

entities as program administrator for the purposes of this

Regulation.

4 This Regulation has effect on the coming into force of

section 8 of the Red Tape Reduction Implementation Act,
