Order in Council 1416/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anna Solomon was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 31, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1642/2021;

And

whereas Anna Solomon tendered her resignation effective August 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1642/2021 be revoked effective August 21, 2023.
