Order in Council 483/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1898/2001, dated August 29, 2001, Dr. Steven J. Herr was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Steven J. Herr is deceased;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1898/2001, dated August 29, 2001, appointing Dr. Steven J. Herr as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
