OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for
Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated February 4, 2004, pursuant to Sections 8 and 12 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to reappoint Peter Gerard Fardy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation for a term of one year commencing February 26, 2004.
