OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated July 26, 2011, and pursuant to clause 1(1)(
a) of
Chapter 104 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1935,
An Act Relating to Dalhousie College, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Robert Chisholm as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University effective September 6, 2011; (
b) revoke the appointment of Sarah MacDonald as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University effective September 6, 2011; (
c) appoint Stan Spavold as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University for a term of office commencing September 6, 2011 and expiring June 30, 2014; and (
d) appoint Candace Thomas as a member of the Board of Governors of Dalhousie University for a term of office commencing September 6, 2011 and expiring June 30, 2014.
