Order in Council 134/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act ,

Charles Lauer, of Peterborough

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
