OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated November 22, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective January 18, 2022, to approve the Minister of Environment and Climate Change entering into an amending agreement with Environment and Climate Change Canada to amend the existing 4-year contribution Agreement as approved by Order in Council 2020-28 dated January 30, 2020, to receive additional funding to support work associated with the Canada Target 1 Challenge, in the form set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
