Order in Council 1386/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1834/2021 dated December 16, 2021, Homer Brooks of Oshawa was reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission pursuant to

section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act , 2020 , S.O. 2020, c. 24;

And

whereas Homer Brooks resigned from the board effective September 30, 2022;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1834/2021 is revoked effective September 30, 2022.
