B.C. Reg. 55/2008, deposited March 6, 2008, pursuant to the STATUTE REVISION ACT , [Section 12]. Order in Council 160/2008, approved and ordered March 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act , S.B.C. 1998, c. 30, is corrected as follows:

Section 1 (1) is amended in paragraph (

a) of the definition of "articles" by striking out "section 176 (2) (a)" and substituting "section 176 (3) (a)".

Section 25 is amended by renumbering the second subsection (1) as subsection (3).

Section 176 is amended

(

a) in subsection (3) by striking out "subsection (1)" and substituting "subsection (2)", and

(

b) in subsection (4) by striking out "subsections (1) and (2)" and substituting "subsections (2) and (3)".

Section 177 is amended by striking out "section 176 (1)" wherever it appears and substituting "section 176 (2)".

5 Sections 180 (2) and 185 (1) (

b) are amended by striking out "section 176 (2) (a)" and substituting "section 176 (3) (a)".

Section 182 is amended by striking out "section 176 (2)" and substituting "section 176 (3)".
