AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Community Organization Property Tax Exemption

Regulation (AR 281/98) is amended by this Regulation.

2(1)

Section 16(1)(

a) is amended

(

a) by striking out "November 30" and substituting

"September 30";

(

b) by striking out "February 15" and substituting

"November 30".

(2) This

section applies in respect of the 2011 and

subsequent taxation years.

Section 23 is amended by striking out "January 31, 2010"

and substituting "January 31, 2015".

Municipal Government Act

DEBT LIMIT AMENDMENT REGULATION

on January 7, 2010 pursuant to

section 271 of the Municipal Government Act.

1 The Debt Limit Regulation (AR 255/2000) is amended by

this Regulation.

Section 3 is repealed and the following is substituted:

Revenue

3 The revenue of a municipality at the calculation time is

determined by the formula

R = a

where

"R" is revenue;

"a" is the total revenue reported in the last audited annual

financial statement of the municipality prepared before

the calculation time, less transfers from the

governments of Alberta and Canada for the purposes of

a capital property reported in that statement if those

transfers are included in the total revenue, and less

amounts reported as contributed or donated tangible

capital assets if those amounts are included in the total

revenue.

Section 8 is amended by striking out "March 31, 2010" and

substituting "December 31, 2015".

1 The Lodge Assistance Program Regulation (AR 406/94)

is amended by this Regulation.

Section 5 is amended by striking out "February 28, 2010"

and substituting "March 31, 2012".

Oil and Gas Conservation Act

OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION AMENDMENT REGULATION

January 15, 2010 pursuant to

section 73 of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act.

1 The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations (AR 151/71)

are amended by this Regulation.

Section 16.510(

b) is amended by striking out "Interim

Directive 2001-8" and substituting "Directive 006: Licensee

Liability Rating (LLR) Program and Licence Transfer Process".

Section 16.530(1) is repealed and the following is

substituted:

16.530(1) For the 2010-2011 fiscal year of the Board, the orphan

fund levy payable by a licensee is calculated in accordance with

the following formula:

Levy = A x $12 000 000

where

A is the licensee's deemed liability on February 6, 2010

for all facilities, wells and unreclaimed sites licensed to

the licensee, as calculated in accordance with Directive

006 and Directive 075: Oilfield Waste Liability (OWL)

Program, and

B is the sum of the industry's liability on February 6, 2010

for all licensed facilities, wells and unreclaimed sites, as

calculated in accordance with Directive 006 and

Directive 075: Oilfield Waste Liability (OWL)

Program.
