OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 17, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land located at Lake Micmac, Dartmouth, Halifax County, containing approximately 110 square metres and shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Michael A. Schmid of Dartmouth, Halifax County, his heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $3,972 plus associated costs; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
