Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 21, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing 10,820 square feet, more or less, situate at 12 Sunrise Drive Westmount, Cape Breton County and more particularly shown and described in

Schedule “A”, and shown on

Schedule “B”, which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to a purchaser for a purchase price above or within the appraised market value range; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
