OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 27, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed one million six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,650,000.00) to contribute to the funding of the Nova Scotia Health Authority, Western Zone, for the final design and construction of the Roseway Primary Healthcare Clinic, the cost of which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective on and after August 28, 2015.
