OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 31, 2008, and pursuant to clauses 2(a)(b)(e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2006-231, which approved financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Acrobat Research Ltd., as authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on July 11, 2008, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 31, 2008; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
