OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Finance dated August 6, 2002, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to direct that Michael A. MacKinnon, Inspector Specialist (Compliance Officer), Alcohol and Gaming Authority, with the Nova Scotia Department of Environment and Labour, be continued in the public service for a period commencing July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2003, at such remuneration as is determined from time to time by the Governor in Council and to determine that he shall be an employee within the meaning of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
