OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Premier and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of the Interior and Health of Denmark, to encourage bilateral cooperation and facilitate the sharing of information and best practices on subjects related to transforming healthcare systems and delivering better healthcare, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
