OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 19, 2000 and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Clare Kennedy of Truro, Colchester County, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-384 dated July 27, 2000; and (
b) appoint Cathy Hinton of the Truro Access Nova Scotia Centre as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective September 15, 2000. MISC
