OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated October 5, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Immigration to enter into a Contribution Agreement with Citizenship and Immigration Canada for the Nova Scotia Immigrant Portal, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to, and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
