1 These regulations may be cited as the Designation of Agencies Regulations .

Definitions

2 In these regulations, “Act” means the Ombudsman Act .

3 All agencies established under the Children and Family Services Act , including but not

limited to the agencies listed below, are designated as agencies for the purpose of clause

2(

a) of the Act:

provincial is to be read as a reference to the regional centre that succeeds

the school board.
