OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 27, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to appoint Mr. David R. Melvin of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing on December 1, 2009.
