OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated September 13, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development to enter into the net debt obligation resulting from exercising the overhold provision in the service agreement with Ashford Investments Inc., to extend the initial term of the lease and the notification date by eight (8) months for Antigonish Education Centre, Bayview Education Centre and Dalbrae Academy.
