OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 17, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the conveyance of "Parcel B2" as described in
Schedule "A" and shown on
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation to the Town of Truro for the nominal consideration of $1.00, in exchange for the conveyance to the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal of "Parcel T1" shown on
Schedule "B" for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
