OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 12, 2001, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use those portions of the public highway system containing 4,919.7 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Jeddore Cape, Halifax County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the lands to Come Home to Nova Scotia Incorporated, a body corporate, for the price of $1,237.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
