OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated July 18, 2007, pursuant to Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of a loan of $1,200,000 to Ueffing Farms Limited; and (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 6.50%.
