Section 25 of

Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act, is pleased to amend the Off-highway Vehicles Safety and Training Regulations, N.S. Reg. 43/2006, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2006-159 dated March 30, 2006, to adjust the age exemption for safety training, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
