OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated August 29, 2016, and pursuant to clause 5(1)(
a) of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to appoint Martin I. Chernin, of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016.
