OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 29, 2004, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Clarence Landry, made pursuant to Order in Council 85-1376 dated December 10, 1985, while employed with St. Joseph's Credit Union; and (
b) reappoint Clarence Landry of Arichat, Richmond County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term commencing March 1, 2004 and ending February 28, 2009.
