B.C. Reg. 90/2025 , deposited June 23, 2025, under the SPECULATION AND VACANCY TAX ACT [section 139 (1)] and BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2025 [section 44]. Order in Council 300/2025, approved and ordered June 23, 2025.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2024, the Speculation and Vacancy Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 275/2018, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 2.1 (

g) of the Speculation and Vacancy Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 275/2018, is repealed and the following substituted:

g) The Corporation of the City of Vernon, except the area outlined in red on the map in

Schedule 1;

Section 7 is amended by striking out " the

Schedule " and substituting "

Schedule 2 ".
