This is to certify that, pursuant to the provisions of the Insurance Act (Alberta) and in

accordance with the Minister of Finance Directive No. 06/01 dated September 1,

2001, which delegates certain powers, duties, and functions to the Superintendent of

Insurance, the following discontinuances are hereby certified:

Section 150 - Certificate of Discontinuance: In response to the notice

evidenced by the Letters Patent of Continuance dated October 30, 2023, Orion

Travel Insurance Company, having been continued under the laws of another

jurisdiction, specifically the Insurance Companies Act of Canada, is hereby

discontinued as a provincial company of Alberta.

Section 174 - Certificate of Discontinuance: In response to the notice

evidenced by the Letters Patent of Amalgamation dated October 30, 2023,

following the amalgamation of Orion Travel Insurance Company with Echelon

Insurance under the Insurance Companies Act of Canada, this certificate serves

as recognition that the amalgamated entity, now known as Echelon Insurance, is

no longer a provincial company of Alberta.

The discontinuance of Orion Travel Insurance Company as a provincial company

under the laws of Alberta is effective as of January 1, 2024, aligning with the

completion of the continuance and amalgamation processes under the Insurance

Companies Act of Canada.
