Order in Council 718/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Ontario Regulation 304/04, made under the Development Corporations Act

Andrew Henry of London, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of the Walkerton Clean Water Centre at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective May 6, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.

[ Mr. Henry’s most recent appointment by Order in Council 600/2017 expires May 5, 2020]
