OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act and Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated May 3, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 4, 12 and 19 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, as agent of Her Majesty in Right of the Province, to sell and convey property at 126 Main Street, Trenton, Nova Scotia, for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province; and (
b) authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to sell property at 126 Main Street, Trenton, Nova Scotia to Sobeys Land Holding Limited for the sum of $125,000, subject to normal terms conditions for the purchase and sale of commercial property.
