Products Act.

1 The Review and Appeal Regulation (AR 199/2016) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 30 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2024"

and substituting "November 30, 2025".

ELECTRONICS DESIGNATION AMENDMENT REGULATION

on August 13, 2024 pursuant to

section 175 of the Environmental Protection and

Enhancement Act.

1 The Electronics Designation Regulation (AR 94/2004) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 1(d)(

i) to (ix) are repealed and the following is

substituted:

(

i) audio visual devices,

(ii) computers, laptops and notebooks, including CPUs,

keyboards, mouse, cables and other components in the

computer,

(iii) computer monitors,

(iv) computer printers, including printers that have scanning or

fax capabilities, or both,

(

v) electrical components of wind turbines,

(vi) electric vehicle batteries,

(vii) electronic musical instruments,

(viii) electronic toys,

(ix) lawn and garden care equipment,

(

x) power tools,

(xi) scanners,

(xii) small appliances,

(xiii) solar panels,

(xiv) telecommunication devices,

(xv) televisions, and

(xvi) video game equipment,

3 This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2025.

section 40(3) of the Crown's

Right of Recovery Act.

1 The Crown's Right of Recovery (President of Treasury

Board and Minister of Finance) Regulation (AR 89/2012) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 9 is amended by striking out "December 31, 2024"

and substituting "December 31, 2029".
