Section 13 of

Chapter 32 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Beaches Act , is pleased to amend the Beaches Regulations , N.S. Reg. 70/1989, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 89-580 dated May 17, 1989, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” to Appendix 2, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 26, 2026.
