OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 22, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and pursuant to

Section 77 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to, effective March 30, 2012: (

a) authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Project Funding Agreement for fiscal years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia's Family Justice Activities in the form set out in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect; and (

b) authorize the entering into of the net debt obligation created by the indemnity clause within the Agreement.
