OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated February 7, 2000, pursuant to subsections 16(1) and (2) and

Section 17 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, subsection 9(8) of

Chapter 1 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Education Act, and subsection 18(1) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) continue the appointment of Simone MacKinnon as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) on the same terms and conditions provided for by Order in Council 96-208 dated March 26, 1996, as amended by Order in Council 1999-196 dated April 28, 1999, for any matter or matters substantially heard or in respect of which a hearing was commenced on or before February 29, 2000; and (

b) revoke the appointment of Simone MacKinnon as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) effective January 31, 2000.
