OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated June 12, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve, effective July 15, 2014, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2014-2015, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $1,500,000,000.
