OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 5, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Deborah Carroll of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-125 dated February 21, 1995; and (

b) appoint Deborah Campbell of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
