Order in Council 1326/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1166/2013, dated August 14, 2013, Dr. Paul Gregor McHardy was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Paul Gregor McHardy has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective October 3, 2014;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1166/2013, dated August 14, 2013, appointing Dr. Paul Gregor McHardy as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
