OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated May 3, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased, effective May 28, 2013, to appoint Ms. Lorna P. MacPherson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years.
