Loi sur le paiement des services médicaux Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 8(1) of the Medical Services Payment Act,

chapter M-7 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended Le paragraphe 8(1) de la

chapitre M-7 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) by adding after paragraph (

d) the following:

a) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’alinéa d) : (d.1) information may be released to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick for the purpose of regulating the quality or standards of pro- fessional services provided by medical practitioners who are members of the body, including for the purpose of an investigation, d.1) s’il s’agit de renseignements; ceux-ci peuvent être communiqués au Collège des médecins et chirur- giens du Nouveau-Brunswick aux fins de réglementa- tion aussi bien de la qualité des services professionnels que fournissent les médecins membres de cet organisme que des normes régissant ces services, et notamment aux fins d’enquête; (

b) by repealing paragraph (g.01) and substituting the following:

i) an agent of the provincial authority for the pur- pose of administering programs for the benefit of medical practitioners under an agreement referred to in subsection 4.1(1), and (

i) à un mandataire de l’autorité provinciale aux fins d’administration des programmes au profit des médecins que prévoit la convention visée au para- graphe 4.1(1), 1 (ii) the New Brunswick Medical Society for the purpose of negotiating an agreement referred to in subsection 4.1(1), (ii) à la Société médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick aux fins de négociation de la convention visée au pa- ragraphe 4.1(1); (

c) in paragraph (

h) of the English version by add- ing “or” at the end of the paragraph;

d) by repealing paragraph (h.1).

d) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa h.1). 2 Subsection 8.2(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “may reasonably request” and substituting “may rea- sonably request within the time period specified by the inspector”. 2
