OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated November 4, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint John Harker of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member and designate him as Chair of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of office of three years commencing December 1, 2005; and (
b) appoint Gordon MacInnis of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term of office of three years commencing December 1, 2005.
