Order in Council 1039/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Blaine Baker was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective February 2, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 258/2017;

And

whereas Blaine Baker passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 258/2017 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
