OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 7, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 7, 2009, to: (
a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for volunteerism to the Honourable Barry Barnet; and (
b) assign responsibility for volunteerism to the Honourable Pat Dunn, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Volunteerism.
