Order in Council 223/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Paul Kyte was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective February 10, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 202/2022;

Whereas Paul Kyte was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 10, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1707/2023;

And

whereas Paul Kyte tendered his resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 202/2022 and 1707/2023 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
