Order in Council 1613/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further ,

whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was reappointed as a part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 962/2024;

Therefore , Order in Council O.C. 962/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
