Order in Council 1059/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Ian McSweeney of Orangeville, Ontario

be re-appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) and re-designated as the Chair of the Tribunal for a term of two years effective September 13, 2021.
