Order in Council 630/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , Tracy Foster of Lynden be appointed as full-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Tracy Foster was appointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective May 4, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 592/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 592/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
